I like to have a nice big orgasm, then a special cigarette (or cup of tea if should you not partake) and then have my Hubby spoon me..... that usually makes me fall to sleep like a baby x |

Putting the phone down helps. Leave it in another room, or out of reach.
A good nights sleep begins long before you get into bed. Turn the telly off, try to do something relaxing, cleanse your mind of anything negative, breathing exercises to relax the mind. |
