Various ways to make them you can use either suet or butter etc.
Basic Recipe
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons butter
3/4 cup milk
Twists on that can be adding herbs, cheese etc to suit.

4oz self flour 2oz suet pinch of salt about 6 tablespoons cold water .. Rub suet salt in flour and them water . Very easy add to stew or top of veg with lid on .. takes about 20 mins to cook . |
