It's the obvious answer but the one I believe in - there are friendly and not so friendly people all over the country without there being a single best or worst place.

I do think the further north you go people are maybe more open and less reserved than down south but that doesn't necessarily mean they are more friendly

I think one person's friendly is another person's intrusive.

In our travels we've found that it isn't possible to infer friendliness from location.

I'm going to say London because it has the largest population.

How many of them were born here will change the numbers though.

Having witnessed a seagull stealing incident yesterday, the victim wearing a Ipswich football shirt, I'd say we've trained them well

. They are a menace though.
