Mine is, after not colouring a page for two weeks (due to having a shitty stressful time with my mental health, colouring helps it a lot so when I don't feel up to colouring it compounds the issue) I went back to basics last night by picking up my posh felt tips and doing a simple but pretty picture. And I feel so much better for it!

Mine is a walk by myself. Helps me clear my head and I always feel so much better after it.

I need to hunt out my colouring book - it’s a Harry Potter one (shocker) and it used to calm me a lot!

Oh it was. Also treated myself to a second copy of one of my favourite colouring books and some pencils, but y'know. There's more expensive forms of therapy and worse types of addictions.

I'm the same, I live by the sea and I love a little coastal walk

I am not shocked

I have a couple of Harry Potter ones but I don't have a clue where they are.
