after 6 years of coursework, tutorials, TMA's, EMA's and exams....
today I am feeling rather chuffed with myself as my final EMA result is in, which means I am on course to gain a 2:2 in Humanities with Art History...
And that will enable me to add BA (Hons) to my name

"Ah brilliant! Well done you! Was it for fun or career?"
As a lot of it was a struggle I would hardly call it fun lol but I did do it to challenge myself I suppose... I left school with only 3 CSE's (all those years ago) and the only other exam I ever passed was an NVQ in Business Administration...
having said that, not being qualified has never held me back |

Thank you lovely
To be honest I expected it, I had suffered a late term miscarriage and suspension from work within 3 weeks of the final exam so my head wasn't in the best place. Will resit and kick ass
Did you do your full qualification through OU?
I have so much admiration for people who do OU, takes so much motivation and strength!xx |

"Congratulations. What next, PhD? "
Why would that be so surprising...
Aside from the fact you can't even do a masters with a 2:2 result..but you probably knew that anyway

The surprise was aimed at the length of time a PhD can take. And I’ve known people do one with a 2:2 - so sky’s the limit
