Sometimes I'll have hours of fun with a mirror and camera. I like dancing for myself in front of a large mirror, or dancing for others and I'm forever checking out my reflection in shop windows. It's more about my body than my face, and it's totally disproportionate to how I would actually rate myself on a scale of attractiveness.
Maybe I sound narcissistic and vain but fuck it, life is getting shorter every day and I think I've already spent enough of it loathing myself. |

What I enjoyed reading about this thread, were the posts that were self deprecating, yet quietly confident. I’m attracted to femininity. I’m also attracted by minds and attitude. So for me, it’s a combination of that and looks; exactly the same as for women.
The point then, is that although this thread may seem to some as superficial, the contributions make much more of a difference than anyone on Page1 of the fabs. |

For me, my life changed when I realised I was not two different people, two different identities. I was the same person no matter what clothes I wore.
That allowed me to begin to love myself. Not in any sort of arrogant way. Just that I could embrace my whole self and love who I am.
