Have a rant/cry / punch a pillow/ create a voodoo doll  , just expel the negativity and rest.
However bad things are, "this too shall past" and it will become a learning curve.

This is nothing to do with fab ... I have a family crisis that at the moment I can do nothing ...

I may know where you're coming from...I have my dad in hospital at the moment...who was ill whilst I was out of the country.  |

Is it far..? doesnt your Mum want to be there too? Really a family affair isnt it. Im sorry you may regret that so much harder to sit and wait on your own
