It's been a red hot afternoon, (too hot for wearing leather but needs must), but one of my biggest pleasures today was sucking something very hard......a long refreshing ice pop!

One of my supervisors buys a few boxes of ice lollies for his staff every couple of weeks and today he bought my favourites, so after I finished work (early, may I add) I ended up eating in the sun, overlooking the sea, having a conversation with a very youthful 90 year old woman who was telling me her secrets on how to stay youthful and happy.  |

My biggest pleasure today was getting home away from all the other people!
That moment when I stripped off the trappy clothes and put comfy ones on, fan on and feet up
