So am waiting for a parcel that’s being delivered by yodel. On the site it lets you track order and there is a map that shows were they are....
It’s amusing it tells me how many products to be delivered and how many more before mine is brought...
The crazy thing about 20 mins ago the van was in the next sreeet to mine yet the van is now in next village about 2-3 miles away surely common sense would say deliver to me while so close....
Ano it’s nothing to do with drivers as when had previous stuff always spoke to guys an girls and it’s about size of parcels but surely it be cost effective to drop off based on area/location
Hmmmmm |

This is often due to other customers having paid a little more for a fixed delivery time. If drivers miss these slots, the company may have to refund the sender (or payer) a % as they've not delivered the service they paid for.
I'm usually happy with delivery companies except Hermes, they are dreadful. |

I had a signed for parcel delivered a month ago and paid an extra £3 for a 1 hour slot, that way I'm not waiting in all day. They were 1 hour late and I got a £10 refund from the seller. I guess the seller may invoice the delivery company for £10 for their failure. |
