Can I ask the general opinion on men with or without beards?
The whole male population seems to have grown one. I'm also on a dating site as I'm now single, and most women on there say they prefer men with stubble/beards instead of clean shaven.
I'm interested in your opinions on here? |

Am not one for beards usually prefer clean shaven but while am off I’ve only shaved twice in past month, can’t decide while off if to leave it an Grow it or just shave haha

I'd argue that the split is about 50-50, but maybe you think it's more because there has been an increase in beard trend, and so its maybe a most listed preference than it used to be? |

I'm jealous of the bearded gentry because I'm unable to grow one. After a 3 month attempt to grow one in my 20's, my ma told me I looked like a fat Fu Manchu, so I shaved it and never tried again |

It's a fad, Look at me girls i'm shagging a popstar, rockstar, footballer,rugby player, man with beard, next week it will change to something else.

I've had mine for years, no I'm not one of those hipster twats who've grown one coz "they're in" at the mo, i can't say it's "popular" or "unpopular" as I rarely get messages or even responses to messages I do send, but I'm quite happy with it, and I'm at the age where I don't really give a toss what anyone else thinks as I didn't grow it for anyone else but me..... |

I think the trend is going to turn soon. Maybe this weather will take a lot of the part-timers out.
Yes, I know I have a beard, but I feel fashion has been standing on my toes, and I was sick of it four years ago. Thankfully, my music scene sees beards as more just a thing that happens to be a staple than a fashion accessory |
