get up the same time most days, bout 7.30. If a late night maybe til 9 ish but more than that and I get a headache.
Sometimes get up and have brekky and then return to bed to read and other stuff  |

up at 615 this mornin 
out with the dog and now back lounging on the couch with a brew
my body clock is set to weekdays and i rarely have to use an alarm to wake me up |

Wake up at 5 ....feed cat make a brew climb back in.bed hour or so.online then prob get up to do.breakfast around nine...if i had someone in bed i sooooo wouldnt move at all....  |
