Diamond you're doing the right thing dieting and exercising is the best way it's no good just dieting as you need to work off what you eat with in reason . Zumba is good once you have been doing it for a while try and include a different form of exercise more cardio vascular, something like x-biking or circuits and you well soon be past were you want to be . 45 minutes is all you need to burn the fat the body stores anything over that and you will start to burn muscle, ask them at the gym were you go to work out your maximum heart rate range. As a lady it should be 226 minus your age and you shouldn't let your heart rate get above that to gain optimime fat burning . I know as I'm a fat lazy driving instructor who has to go to the gym every week to keep in some sort of shape. But on the plus side we all think you look great. I'm sure you will get where you want to be easy . Will x |

Try and do cardio in the AM before breakfast.
Hubby had to strip down to about 5% bodyfat for a bodybuilding comp in the summer and that was what worked for him.
As an aside, your avatar show you are gorgeous. If losing the weight makes you even happier, you will positively radiate!!
