I have just had £12.50 STOLEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BY Epoch.Com.

Has anybody any experience with this company?.If so I would love to hear what happened.

To clarify matter, I did not give permission for Epoch to take this money from my account.

Also, it is impossible to contact Epoch about this matter.

You need to contact admin then ..not epoch

Their email address is billing at epoch dot com. Found it in 30 seconds. Stop ranting at people who can't help you and contact Epoch or the Fan admin.

I don't need to phone my bank to find out. The money has been taken from my account by Epoch without my permission.

It is in black n white on my statement.

I will be phoning my bank later on today.

They ask for new details every time you renew

I just renewed and had to input mine again as they say they don't save details

If you have ever been the victim of a fraudulent transaction then the only people that will refund you is your bank so if you are claiming this is the case, then actually you do which you’ve now stated you are doing

You must have done, maybe unwittingly. What membership were you trying to pay for and how much did you think you were paying? When I pay by text it automatically sets to gold, I have to change it to silver.

Epoch.com is a website that gives you anonymous website payments. Companies like fabs, love honey, ect. Use it

As others have said:

Epoch are who Fab use for their Site Supporter card payments.

No there isn't a repeat payment, just a one off. Card details are not stored, and need to be re-entered every time you wish to re subscribe.

So OP if you believe you didn't authorise this payment then you need to contact Admin via the CONTACT button and they, and only they, can help.
