I'm a reasonably self confident, self assured guy but one of the things that had me questioning if this place was for me was me thinking it was going to be full of people so full of themselves that my idiot threshold would have boiled over .....

However the opposite is true.

I've read a few topics tonight and seen how people's need for validation is stronger here than anywhere I've ever seen....
