Recently I decided to take vit C supplement because I don't eat fruit and my greens intake drops off in the summer months. Being a thorough person, ladies please take note, I checked what dosage I required and approx 90mg appeared to be the answer.
So, what's the point of 1000 or even 2000mg tablets and why do people buy them since the body doesn't store it it must just flush out with the pee. |
