Anyone done this, what’s the longest you’ve managed without your phone, I’d like to forget technology for a week and go and whittle spoons in my yurt in the shire, there’s no WiFi there but you won’t find a better connection ?!

I'd like to do it but for work I could never do it and as I'm the company owner, I can't even do it at weekends.
I'm getting better at turning my phone off in meetings though if that counts  |
