Its been an ok day got shit sorted rejoined the gym. Relaxed in the sun the usual. Will be out later to watch kendo in manc but thats about it for my wednesday.
They'll be a hell of a party saturday night if England do well |

That's y we have double layers 
Smart chef whites on the out side and a normal layer to soke up everything on the in side
It's good in winter but hell in summer. |
