I mean, H's favourite is Some Like It Hot and mine's Jaws! which are both classics....

but she also likes Twilight, Lost Boys and Tequila Sunrise(!) and I, Ferris Buellers DAy OFf, Evil Dead II and The Dark Knight but while they're great to us...not really CLASSICS!!!

Rarely ever watch a film twice.. but any of the carry on movies can make me smile even if feeling very down..

Not sure why... they just have a certain britishness and love that kind of slapstick humour

The Godfather and The Godfather Part Two. No other films have ever described the behaviour of power more accurately. I could rave about them forever,

La Reine Margot another film that explains power very dramatically

Lookin at a lot here, they seem to be violent or at least "bloody"

One of my all time favourites is Wonderful Life with James Stewart. Always makes me feel kinda warm and I get to wishin we could all have a period in our lives where we could experience the friendliness of that film!

For a double bill of two of my favourite films:

Vanishing Point. (The chase movie to end em all!)

Blazing Saddles. (The cowboy movie to end em all!)

Too many: Fargo, The Big Lebowski, Jackie Brown, Battle Royale, Drop Dead Fred, Backdoor Sluts #9, Demolition Man, Crank, Zoolander, Scarface, Finding Nemo, Species, Labyrinth, Pan's Labyrinth, Never Ending Story, Cruel Intentions, Being John Malkovich, Life of Brian, Battle Royale, Carandiru... I could go on but I may need to look out for ninja assassins. Anyway, I couldn't possibly choose a single favourite.
