Hallomi is the most diff thing to bbq tho, had it loads of time in Cyprus but cooking it at home is a bugger |

Looks like we gone from the wine snobbery of the 80's to the food snobbery of the new millenium!!!
For me, forget all that fancy food, we just love a trad BBQ and plenty of it! Burgers and sausages perhaps chicken if we can nuke it first. Pork chops and steaks.
Finish off with the barby cooling down.... Bananas in skins being heated through... Take off skins and douse in your favourite spirit and topped ith whipped cream!

I think you have all missed the point the whole purpose of a BBQ is to either have under cooked chicken or over cooked burgers - you aren't supposed to enjoy the food just the occassion! |

and then of course you have food poisening, and have to have your stools tested etc .............. oh the joys of a BBQ !!!!!!!!!
