I have amitriptyline for an old injury but my doc told me I can use it to aid sleep and it works for me (so long as I don't take them every night) |

I've been known to fall asleep with a book on my face  however I'm saving the book I'm reading for sunbathing tomorrow. The telly isn't looking promising. |
