Being a huge Kanye West music fan, I was excited to learn of the 5 album rollout in the past few weeks.
My favourite was Pusha T’s Daytona. It was a filthy and brash album that worked superbly sonically.
Teyana Taylor was perhaps another artist I was looking forward to hearing. The song A Rose In Harlem is one infectious tune that has become an integral part of my breath.

I keep returning to 3 tracks this week.
“Me And The Devil” Gil Scott-Heron
It just gets to me
“Mother” Idles
Cos it’s shouty and wise and a rollicking time
And the triumph that is ...
“Helicon 1” Mogwai
Just makes me cry.

Loved the Mogwai I've got a soft spot for fucking intense music. The first 7 minutes of this one by Godspeed You! Black Emperor is awesome
