Bag of peas. Might not take the swelling down, but grab some fish and chips and you've got yourself a decent dinner.
Avoid cycling. And kickboxing.
Seriously, rest up. Grab a scotch and enjoy the painkillers, some of them are great*
*Kids, prescription painkillers can be dangerous. Don't wash them down with whisky. |

Hubby says ice pack then hot pack to help swelling disapate. Take meds and rest it. Once healed start on low weight leg extension to help get it stronger and build the weight slowly. He knackered his knee 24yrs ago and can now pop it out and back with ease. I hate it when he does the crack when it pops in |
