So, after falling in love with Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino & having it on repeat for weeks, its become a firm favourite, in that time ive realised how many superb lines hide within it, so, whats your favourite?

I'm sorry I have tried and tried to get into this album but its shite, was so looking forward for it coming out but its been the biggest let down for me in ages  |

In answer to your question I think Alex Turner’s head got lost up his arse with that cringe inducing speech at the Brits. I think they are seriously overrated, I personally prefer to listen to the summer vibes of Django Django this season. |

Aside from their first album, I can’t really find any redeeming features with this band...how they’re so well regarded blows my mind! Tired songwriting, uninspiring playing, uninspiring tone, REALLY uninspiring production, undeserved arrogance - Britpop 1 was bad enough, we really never needed an attempt at Britpop 2! And even with their OK first album, there’s never been anything particularly interesting about them, or elements in them that you couldn’t find in other, far more interesting bands.
