You need to seek formal legal advice from a solicitor or CAB. Are you entitled to legal aid or does your household or car insurance offer legal expenses insurance?
However if you post on here, people might be able to help with informal advice.

My advice for what it's worth (very little) is that the advice here may be similar to the advice you get in your local pub.
There is bound to be an online forum for that sort of thing.
Now for my advice that is valuable. Keep as far away as possible from solicitors as they will ripp you off. FACT! |
