We are definitely “each to their own” kind of people but that said we are also (mostly) logical too.
Does anyone else struggle processing the rationale behind joining here (a few hours - 3 days ago) filling out their interests and profile text only to immediately post a status along the lines of sorry but we are both unavailable to meet for the foreseeable future???
Is there something we are missing or are they profiles that belong to dreamers that can’t quite pluck up the courage to ever meet?

I think it would be a huge generalisation to say they're dreamers who lack courage.
there are quite a few reasons why they might say they're not meeting including one of them has set up the profile and the other one doesn't know about it yet or they genuinely aren't available for a bit but want to see if there's anybody they want to meet when the time comes. |

I thought the exact same....there has been a few lately ...a couple which I presume is the same as you mentioned and a lady posting meets or attention seeking status updates and her profile then says not meeting  xx
