Just got in from work. Very large rum and cola gone down already. Just to relax mind and help me go to sleep. Running out of ice so have to drink quickly and reuse it for next drink !

Wide awake here and still in work for another hour n half. Will be having a large JD when I get into help me sleep in this heat of course
