Counter intuative i know. but wash your feet in cold water, they will be toasty in no time! Certainly works realy well before bed but you have to dry em properly..... |

Poor circulation causes cold feet.
I got a tip from a Russian that the best thing is immerse your feet in cold water for 15 minutes or more, after you've dried them the blood rushes back in and they feel as warm as toast after. |
