It definitely varies. One or two on the same day I started talking to them, some had to wait a bit longer. I've never regretted giving it out so I must be a decent judge of when the time is right.

18 months later I started to get menacing texts which really freaked me out!

I made the mistake once. Arranged a social then cancelled and asked them not to contact me then they spent the whole of the next day getting whingy whiny texts. I was laughing cause the more i ignored then the whiner they got. They gave up in the end

We have a fab phone, Mr N calls it a fuck phone. We give that number on the day of the meet. Nobody has ever got stalkery but if they did we would just replace the sim.

Nout wrong with messaging on here or on that other chat app that we arnt allowed to name.

Either way means I don’t have to give out my number and if someone turns out to be a weirdo I can block them
