Walks 4 steps across the kitchen to the larder. Opens door, can't remember why I walked to the larder.
Also me. Fills kettle to make a cup of tea, forgets to flick the switch and turn it on. Wonders why kettles not boiled.
I think I need an early night... |

My thing is leaving the house. Locking the door. Standing there a moment to try and remember I locked the door. Walking ten minutes. Wondering to myself "did I lock the door?". Walking back ten minutes to double check and realise that yes, yes I did lock the door, I always lock the door. Being late for work. |

I had to have hypnotherapy to stop me doing just that.. it was ruining my life as the anxiety of whether i had locked the door/closed the windows/turned the taps and cooker off was making me ill |
