1) I’m too trusting and let myself be vulnerable with people that don’t really care

2) I crave affection/attention, and I let it get to me if someone I’ve had it from seems to withdraw it and then obviously transfers it on to someone else. It feels like a bit of a kick in the teeth.

3) No self confidence. Points 1 and 2 don’t really help with that.
