My relationship with chocolate went from uninterested to craving.

I'm down to one small dairy milk a day.

I love chocolate... favourite is férreo Roche..

Eating all the chocolate and nuts from the outside... leaving the shell... twist that open and eat the Nutella and nut and then the two crispy bits at the end!!

Chocolate out of the fridge, very cold, a piece place on the tongue, melting with the flavour getting stronger

Green and Blacks do a packet of dark chocolate balls with a chunk of freeze dried rasberry in the centre. Best Ive ever tasted. Put them in the freezer for a couple of hours first though, the choclate melts much more slowly. You only need 3 or 4 in a sitting and you KNOW youve had chocolate!

"I fancy a change from the norm. I’m feeling in the mood for something a little more exotic"

Buy some white chocolate with a minimum of 30% cocoa solids.

Put some greaseproof paper on a tray. Break the white chocolate on the greaseproof paper. Cook the chocolate in an oven at 120 degrees for one hour. When it melts give it a mix every 10 to 15 minutes often with a knife.

After an hour take it out the oven and let it set. It will have a lovely caramel flavour to it.
