Have you got any other remotes? One of my Amazon firestick periodically tunes me into Now TV randomly like someone had taken over my TV. Only way I can get out of it, is with that remote.

My Own Little World

I had something similar once, one of the buttons in the remote was slightly stuck under the remote casing so none of the other buttons would work. Had to pull it out with a needle.
