Yup same here. It takes my eyes about half an hour to wake up after the rest of me as well.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Stop looking at the telly and your screen. Give them a rest and then go to the optician.

I've reached that age/stage where I need glasses for distance and for teensy writing, especially if the light is low. I'm fine without for everything else, but switching between views leaves my eyes tired now.

It's at this point. You step away from the screens and jump into bed. Zzzzzzz's will come 'pon swift winds.

a quandary, could you change my mind?

My eyes don't go blurry, it's any writing on the screen be it the tv or any text or pictures.

But if I have got to this point it means I'm not sleeping tonight for long better luck tomorrow

You won't do when you've got the blue light of whatever screen you're fabbing on. I find you've just gotta bite the bullet and switch it all off or you'll be up all night, followed by cranky in the morning.

evesham

Oddly your eyes are drying out which is why your tear ducts kick in to lubricate your eye balls.

My eyes go very dry when resting my contacts for a while.... I have to take my eyes out then
