today its worth 300 - 500 a sqm

i guess its ok for a place to go and chill as property is dirt cheap

lot of agg tho with taxes , being a ltd company ,bla bla bla

unless things have changed since i bought mine .

i went once to sign the papers and have never returned

sounds stupid but its true

sitting there empty doing nothing .

Yes many have been done with that.. Heard story's of people buying just from the website of a cheap house only find out its in the middle of nowhere in a dying village.

Mine is on the top floor of a residential building about 5 min from the beach and a min from a good restaurant, 24h supermarket and a wine shop plus the street it's on has all tourist shops, bars and cafes.. You can get a bus and 10 min you in the centre of sunnybeach or you can walk it along the beach and go through the nudist beach
