It's unusual during summer I feel flat, but today I just woke up feeling meh.
Mediocre day at work where lots of things where left half finished, and then after work I just couldn't find the will power to hit the gym.
I feel like my fitness and work out is plateauing and I can't find the will power to push further, and I'm so unsure about whether I'm doing the movements with proper form. It's horribly distracting, this nagging saying I'm not working the desired muscle correctly.
I'm just venting. Does anyone else want to vent and I'll pop a pot of tea or coffee on.
BYOB(biscuits) though, I'm fighting an urge to cave. |

Nooooo, come on take the empty carbs away from me and spill the beans, I managed to get my arse on the floor to do some crunches, I don't need the salty potato goodness. |

I'm very flat tonight. I've sabatoged my diet again and hate myself just now.
I've been hitting the gym for months and see no change. I am definitely feeling meh!

If it makes you feel any better OP, I’ve just done some gardening, and can see a difference, but stiffening up, and not in a good way, now I’m all up for the cake/Pringles..... until I’ve eaten them..????
Still being positive, if you’re feeling flat now and done some crunches you’ll be on a high tomorrow feeling very virtuous |

How did you do it, and what's your diet and workout routine?
As for the no change somethings it happens, then suddenly the desired effect happens, or maybe you need to try a new workout or push harder?

Urh my too favourites...
Could I maybe have a slice of lemon dizzle? You need to come here and make sure I do some more sit ups and press ups to earn it though.

Yeah that used to be my thing too - now I focus on trying to make tea and lunches which are as nutritionally dese as possible - not as much fun though |
