How can we change this assumption? I don't think that even the most 'hardened, hardcore' swingers will fuck absolutely anyone.
The papers frequently do articles on swinging and some do seem to be more positive in the way they portray swinging.
Or will the majority of the General Public always just assume it's true? |

To some, sex is a marital duty act every Saturday night in the missionary position for a minute or two. If they're d*unk they may even indulge in a second position. These people will generally have a pre conception of the swinging world. The old 'Throw your car keys in the pot' has always been a line that people use to joke about swinging. Not worth even battering an eye lid on what they think let alone entering into a debate with these people. People will often think they're way of living is the correct one, even though they'll say 'Each to their own'.... |

If that were the case, fab wouldn't have so many single guys moaning the can't get laid.
I actually think it is a throw back to the swinging 60s and the free love era.
It was then frowned upon in the 70s so went underground, at which point, because it was secret, and kept hush hush, that to the general public became looked at unacceptable behaviour.
Over the years we have become a lot more comfortable with people's sexual activity and preference.
Yet because we as a whole are happy to experience multiple partners.
We are looked upon as different and therefore fair game for the press and the uneducated or narrow minded |

Why bother trying to change the assumption?
People will think what they like, however with many of the movements going on at the moment there seems to be a regression in sexual freedom.
It seems as though more, especially feminist movements, are starting to see sex between male and female an expression of male 'entitlement' or oppression.

The problem with the success of this site is its attracted lots of "non swingers", single men in particular who are just looking for a casual fuck, and it would seem, they would indeed fuck anything with a pulse.... no scrap that, anything!
Its the reputation the casual fucks bring to swinging that gives genuine swingers a bad name.
Now Im not say ALL single men or indeed all of any group spoil it.... just a few rotten apples is all it takes for the entire barrell to go off. |
