By the river I mean? My fwb has messaged me this morning telling me he has been out since god knows what time as it's the first day of the season.
I've never been fishing but it seems a popular hobby ... Generally for you guys, but do we have any lady fishermen?  |

This thread just reminded me of my dad.
When my nephew (his first grandchild) was born he quite proudly proclaimed
"Well that's one birthday I will never forget - it's the first day of the fishing season!"
