Mine seems to be getting worse. The more stressed I am the worse my OCD is, it takes me longer and longer to leave the house. I lost my last job and had to take a new one which I hate. I just want my old life back. |

CBT is the usually recommended treatment for ocd. Look for local nhs wellbeing service- you should be able to do refer yourself on line but waiting list can be long.
Make sure you are looking after yourself as well (enough vegetables, water, excersize, sleep, hobbies)
There are lots of guided meditations on you tube that can help you practise mindfulness- it's amazing at getting the mental chatter to stop for a bit.
