I can't remember any specific lines but Frasier was one of my favourite comedies ever that was superbly written.
A couple of scenes that stick out both Nials/Daphne related - there's one where they're chopping veg together and start singing that is just beautifully observed and another where he takes her dancing that is similarly beautiful |

Got them all on DVD! So many.
I did love the last series when Fraiser's first wife returns, and actress who's had one successful part, and says to Kelsey Grammar:
"Do you have any idea what it's like to play the same role for 20 years!"

I love the episode where Roz works out Fraiser is dating a coworker and tells him he's "never to make a crack about my dating life ever again, I don't care if I start dating a lumber camp."
