I am the burger king!
Lean steak mince, salt, black pepper, garlic, freshly chopped chillies and onion. Make two patties, place cheese of your choice in the middle of one patty, sprinkle some chilli sauce on the cheese then place the other patty on top, crimp edges together, cook and enjoy! ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

Burgers are silly...
Well everyone says Im a silly burger...
I used to make my own... With twice minced steak, finely diced shallots, corriander, a pinch of chilli and garlic... A slice of Iceberg lettuce and lemon mayo...;-);-) |

I always make my own, and the most I have done was nearly 90 burgers for a work's BBQ.
I mix normal mince with a mixture of herbs and spices: garlic granules, onions, egg, black peppers, chilli, ground spices such as paprika, cumin coriander, soya sauce, Worcester sauce, and dried parsley, blend in a blender until it resembles a gloopy mess, and then mixed into the mince.
I find steak mince too dry, and prefer to use normal mince. Most of the fat will melt during the cooking process, resulting in a nice juicy burger.
I find it very satisfying to make my own burgers, as they taste much better than shop bought ones.
I have at least one fan for my burgers - the dog loves them, and would sit patiently to wait for his share whenever I put them on the BBQ, bless him!

"Sarah dont like chilli sauce, so I have to blend a bit of tabasco into my ketchup only "
Then don't make her any
If I do the chilli ones, I always make them last and cook them last so nobody gets the hot stuff. |
