"Do what yr body suggests.
Are you thinking you might miss something??
I love an early night.."
I'm thinking I might wake up at 2am and have a panic attack.
I'm body and head tired today. |

"I'm exhausted
Nah, good night I'll bring you up a nightcap and tuck you in, but draw the line at a bedtime story "
I have a copy of 50 Shades here too |

"No, I've had my tea and am in bed after 4 days of hell in work. I'll go downstairs once more to get another G&T then I'm out for the night"
You need a bedroom bar/fridge. |

"I've given up on early nights, every time I attempt it fails miserably. New approach is going for naps when possible lol"
I quite often have a mid morning nap, to get me through the evening. I went for one on Sunday and slept for 3 hours. |

"Plus i have to be out the house about 6.30 tomorrow for a ten and a half hour day. "
I hate long days. Sometimes I'm out by 7.45am and don't get in until 11pm. |

Doesn't matter how tired I am I generally don't seem to sleep for more than 5 hours and I'm lucky if that isn't interrupted. Day off today but I was still awake at 5.20am, gave up on trying to sleep and went to the gym instead... |

Do you sleep better when you're physically drained? |

I'm fresh out of the shower and lying on my bed... waiting for hubby to finish in the bathroom and the dishwasher to finish so I can't actually get in bed just yet... |

I think I just needed to rest my body a while. I want to get up now."
