Personally... I agree... But... Under a foreskin is a very closed and moist... Add heat and like the under arms (especially shaved) or beneath large breasts the skin will produce the yeast of infection.
No problems with care and modern plumbing... Step back 2000 years or so and there is potential for misfortune...
