It can get confusing because people use different labels to mean different things...
Pescatarians don't eat any meat, but do eat fish, eggs, cheese ect.
Vegetarians don't eat meat or fish, but do eat eggs, cheese etc.
Ovo vegetarians don't eat meat, fish or dairy products, but do eat eggs
Lacto vegetarians don't eat meat, fish or eggs, but do eat dairy products.
Vegans don't eat meat, fish, eggs or dairy products.
Fruitarians don't eat anything that means the plant has died to produce the food (so, basically just fruit). |
