For all things relaxed.

The lemon scented air diffuser is on. The whale music is at a nice low level.

Soft cushions and furnishings adorn the place.

Kick your shoes off and relax my friends.

What has stressed you out today? Come, get it off your chest and let it all go

Then this is the place to do it. We will have zero cu*toffs here and zero swearing. You know because it antagonises.

We have all types of tea here. Even the herbal ones and green tea to help detox our bodies.

I'm actually not stressed. I'm caring for a dying family member but I have been amazed by the amount of support given from the palliative care team. Regular carer visits, gp visits, equipment delivered, district nurse. Phone calls of support. I have lots of family and friends rallying around me and I've even Had a bottle of wine delivered. I feel relaxed that he's getting the support to die in dignity

Then this is the place to be. It's all very relaxed. We have fluffy bath robes and cucumber slices for tired eyes.
