Has anyone on here or know anyone whose joined this site and met someone the first night on here....just I've got this lad who I told about fab saying he's met a lass on the first night and he's staying at hers till Monday...does anyone else think he's talking shit  |

Ive met people the day they have joined and way way back when I first joined and the site was still brand new I met someone a day after I joined.

It would depend on who he and the woman are - I'm open to a new lad coming around and staying her until Monday, although I am a little busy on Sunday. If he's your best thing since sliced bread, then it becomes more feasible.
I'm inclined to think that it's BS though. |

1 he's not my friend never met him in my life and 2 do you not think it's a bit weird meeting someone you've never seen or spoke to how do you know he's not a nutter could of been someone like Peter Sutcliffe at your door safety first always and 3 if he did get "lucky" she wouldn't be the type of lass I would want to meet if she's meeting people after 5 mins of knowing him. I like to be safe always but that's just me |

In the bad old days of IRC chat I went from online contact to fucking in 40 minutes with one lass- it was mad but exciting and loads of fun. The majority of the 40 minutes was taken up doing last minute ablutions, driving to meet each other and finding a nearby hotel to use....pretty frantic really 
So it is possible.
I remember picking up a lass at a party and not getting out of bed for three days, except to get some food & drink and the usual bodily function needs and showers, so it is entirely possible |

2. Everyone is a stranger until you meet them. If we all had that mindset nobody would ever meet. Yes of course safety isimportnt, you arrange to meet somewhere public, a cafe or bar etc, you tell a trusted friend where you are going and who you are meeting, you go with an open mind and meet. All this can be easily and quickly organised online to be meeting an hour later. How do you imagine online dating and hookup sites work?!
3. Judgemental but your choice. She may just be a really nice woman who happened to have some free time when he wasavailable? As busy people we would certainly take the chance while it was there. Hopefully you wont need to turn down anyone because you dont know them.

If true, good luck to them both but unless they actually knew each other before hand there appears to be a bit of a lack of self security and protection, not something I'd do on either side though. |

I met a guy after chatting for 2 days, we ended up having an 8 day date. His for 2 days she then he came to cancun for 4 nights with me as I went with my job. He’s now one of my best mates. Random things can happen. Not from fab but badoo. |

It's very hard for men to meet women on here. It's possible... but I'd put money on it being a load of tripe.
Many men on here say their mates told them to get on the site because the women are absolutely gagging for it. Then the men post threads asking why on earth they can't get even one meet. |
