they are looking for a lout who swung a cat by it's tail round and round and round as he walked down a street. was just on the news.
the poor cat was traumatised and now won't leave the house.

But I have to add that I reported cruelty of some dogs in the house next to me a few years ago to the RSPCA and despite me calling several times - most times in tears - they did nothing to help the animals. One guy actually said they were a little afraid to go round because the dogs might be vicious! Haven't had that much time for the RSPCA since. Z |

Or, perhaps, someone should swing him around and around by his bell-end in much the same manner as he did to the poor cat.
...then ensure its posted on You Tube as a warning to others who may consider pointless cruelty toward animals. |

I've just seen it, well I couldn't actually watch, looking through my fingers the first time. Absolutely disgusting.
I'm glad they broadcast it on the news and I hope they keep showing it so that someone will come forward with a name |
