Well I'm on Slimming World (*other diets available) so no chippy tea for me!

I'd go battered sausage, chips, mushy peas and curry if I'm gonna be a fat bastard.

Chicken kebab, loads of salad, no bread, no sauce if I'm being healthy.

Yes you can! That’s what your weekly points and fit points are for!

I’ve done loads of digging at the allotment this week, earned over 150 fit points. I really fancied dominos last night so we had it.

The weeklies and fit points are what makes weight watchers sustainable

We have chippy tea most wednesdays now.

We share a portion of chips (but the smallest portion is still way to much and i only eat a few chips as im not keen on them), hubby has a pie or sausage and i have fishcake and we share mushy peas and curry sauce

I'm only losing a lousy 1lb a week as it is using dailys and most weeklies. There's no way I'm risking using fit points, I'll be sts for weeks if I do

I'm so jealous of your chippy tea OP!

I can't be arsed to cook anything and wish I had got some sort of takeout on the way home

I don't fancy pizza or Indian or anything like that - I need a battered cod from the chip shop with beans and coleslaw!

I might have to go back out and get it!
