Central

Some jobs have unlimited holiday allowances. If you resign, there's no payment for unused holidays which can be a nice sweetener before a new job.

How would you like this job benefit and how would you use it? long weekends every week could be great.

Unlimited? Paid? How on earth would that work?

Im a teaching assistant so I already get13 weeks holiday a year but im not allowed to take time during term time which is a pain sometimes as all holidays are more expensive in school holidays

Leeds + Newcastle

It's really not as unlimited as it ever sounds.

You have to be hitting targets, work load is managed and no one else is off and it's still up to the manager to approve

On paper it sounds lush but it's alot harder to pull off, lord knows I tried
