I’m asking what condiment / sauce is the one thing that you must have in your cupboard? Is it Brown sauce or sweet chilli or the simple ketchup? Or something else?

Mine is mayonnaise, it just brings everything together. Add mustard, add some ketchup even adding some cheese, or a simple dollop on an egg sandwich. I can’t live without it and has turned some simple foods into my all time foto snacks.

I’ve not had picillili for absolutely years. on my shopping list. I always get Branson’s pickle instead, time for a change I think.

Do you have them for specific things?

I can’t have anything but daddies on my sausage (don’t be rude)

And ketchup is for fried eggs or omelette only.

Nope. It’s a handy little store cupboard staple to add a little something to recipes.

I’m promiscuous with my sauciness- depending on my mood. Mayo, BBQ, Reduced Sugar & Salt Ketchup and HP Sauce, Salad Cream, Sweet Chilli Sauce & Salad Dressing, Nando’s Hot Per Peri, Worcester sauce and Tabasco all frequent my fridge along with mustards, chutneys, pickles, horseradish, mint, Bramley Apple & Tartare sauces.

Sometimes I even have some food with my sauces

You have to be open minded when it comes to enjoying sauce.
