Pot noodles? These quick as a flash snacks used to be okay. It was a simple as boiling a kettle to get a quick fix between mealtimes, fill to the mark, and it filled a gap.

But now, they’re tasteless and leaves me as hungry as ever.

My conclusion, I think i may have just eaten my last ever pot noodle.

Is there anything that you remember that just isn’t the same anymore?

I'm with you on the Pot Noodles. Many moons ago I'd happily scoff them. I'm the same with the hotdogs in cinemas. I used to love 'em! Now the thought makes my stomach churn

Leave it a bit longer and you'll have a nice chunk of cheese.

There is more meat content in a frankfurter than a richmond sausage.

Those make me stomach churn

That’s it. I hadn’t had a pot noodle for a long long time. And maybe they’ve been tinkering with the contents slightly each year (I’m not even saying ingredients, that makes it sound like it’s actually food) and I’ve not adjusted with it like iPhone users do with iOS. It’s like BAM here’s version 32.4.

I don't mind the adding of a flavour but Smokey Bacon were ace.

The unique ability of Monster Munch to make your breath reek for days (OK OK not unique, Scampi Fries/NikNaks also) relied on the Smokey Bacon finish

Bournville chocolate. They've done something to it and it's lost its crispness and smoothness.

This is the reason. Like many products these days, all the shit is taken out. Now they are still bad for you but tasteless! Bring back the E numbers! Monster Munch are a perfect example. Cunts!

Not had one of them for over 30 years. Not since a flat mate at Uni decided to cook one with the lid still on. Blew the fecking oven door off and pebbledashed the kitchen with steak & kidney.

I’ve eaten a tin of beans, I’ve tried a tin of chilli, and a tin of soup is just normal.

I just can’t bring my self to eat or get my head around a tin of pie’.
